Indonesia's strong quake injures at least 23, damages buildings
A shallow undersea quake measuring 6.8 on Richter scale in Bali island injured at least 23 people,one of whom is foreign tourist,and damaged buildings, Wayan Suki local disaster management and mitigation agency told XiInhua by phone.
